Spill

Propolis Theatre is a fresh collaboration between eleven young theatre makers. We are a mix of ages, genders and roots with a shared drive to create new and exciting work. We have formed and grown as the fifth generation of ‘Made in Bristol’, a platform that is designed to give young theatre-makers an opportunity to train together and make work together, in association with The Bristol Old Vic.

Spill is a show about sex. From the ‘birds and the bees’ to our wildest sexual fantasies, Propolis use verbatim interviews from young people to create a dynamic celebration of this age old topic. Through music, movement, puppetry and authentic representations of real people we open an honest and playful dialogue about sex in our society.
